HISTORY
Phelamanga
Projects was founded in 1994 to offer specialised public
participation services. It has since expanded to include
all aspects of strategic planning, organisational development,
facilitation and public consultation. More recently we
have been able to offer specialised education development
and distance education consulting services. Although based
in Pietermaritzburg, Phelamanga Projects’ services
are available across the whole of Southern Africa.

JOINT VENTURES
Phelamanga
Projects has entered into several Joint Venture Agreements
with an emerging black consultancy on a skills sharing basis.
This has proved very successful and will be continued in
the future. The consultancy concerned is:
